What is the return policy?

SCOSCOLLECTION doesn't offer refunds or returns for sanitary purposes. ALL items are final sale, so please make sure that you order the correct items. Once you check out and pay you agree to our no refund policy.

Missing an item?

If you're missing an item contact us immediately. Send pictures of your package and the date. This is only valid for 24 hours after receiving your package!

What if my item is lost or damaged?

SCOSCOLLECTION is NOT responsible for any lost/damaged/stolen packages once the item has been passed over to shipping. In this case you would need to contact the postal services. Always double check and  ensure that your contact & delivery details are correct during the check out and payment stages.

Is Scoscollection Safe and Reliable?

Yes! ALL products are vegan & cruelty-free!
All the products are made with care and are sanitized before and after production.

Scoscollection is legalized and approved by KVK in the Netherlands and is listed as a residential production! 

When will my order be shipped?

If the items are in stock any orders placed Monday-Friday before 7PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 7PM will begin processing the next business day.

Does Scoscollection ship worldwide?

YES! If you don't have the EU currency , the conversion of your payment will be told at checkout!
